Injection moulding, assembly and quality control in one plant — from raw material to finished part, the whole process stays under our own control.

From Drawing to Finished Part

1. CNC Engraving — steel moulds cut by CNC (sample lead time 3–7 weeks)
2. Mould Finishing — each cavity hand-polished
3. Auto Dispensing — multi-colour silicone metered layer by layer
4. Layer Curing — each colour pre-cured before the next
5. Demoulding — hand demoulding for clean, rounded edges
6. Inspection — shape, colour and fit checked piece by piece
