KSY moulds custom PVC patches, labels and badges - soft PVC emblems for apparel, bags, headwear, clubs and promotional use, with 2D flat or 3D multi-level relief.

Tooling is cut on our own CNC machines and parts are moulded on 30+ presses in Dongguan. MOQ 100 pcs per design, samples in 3-7 working days, daily output around 15,000 pcs.

PVC patch and label types

• Custom PVC rubber patches - 2D or 3D moulded logo patches, sew-on, hook-and-loop or adhesive backing
• 3D PVC character charms - multi-level or full-round characters with keyring, clip or adhesive fixing
• PVC crest and shield badges - club, school and uniform badges with moulded colour fill
• Glitter and printed PVC patches - glitter, pearlescent or full-colour print under clear PVC
• Custom shaped PVC patches - die-cut outlines, animals, icons and lettering

Backing options

Pressure-sensitive adhesive, sew-on channel, hook-and-loop, eyelet or rivet fixing, depending on the surface and the expected wear.

FAQ

PVC or silicone - which should I choose? PVC gives sharper 3D relief and a softer hand feel; silicone is better for high heat, repeated washing and skin contact.
