KSY makes custom silicone labels for power tools - compression-moulded emblems, nameplates and control overlays that carry a tool brand on the housing, battery pack or control panel.

Every part is produced in our Dongguan factory: 1,800 m2 plant, 30+ vulcanizing presses and 10+ CNC machines, with mould making, colour matching and inspection under one roof. Daily output is around 15,000 pcs, and MOQ is 100 pcs per design.

How ordering works

Send artwork (AI, PDF, STEP or a physical sample). We quote, cut the mould, and supply a pre-production sample in 3-7 working days. Colour is matched to your Pantone or RAL reference before production.
