Quality Control — In Our Own Factory

All inspection is done by our Dongguan factory team across the full production flow:

• IQC — silicone / PVC raw material and colour-paste batch check
• IPQC — in-process check during moulding, printing and finishing
• OQC — appearance, adhesion, wash and dimension full check

Both PVC and silicone emblems are produced in-house with IQC, IPQC and OQC. Third-party inspection before shipment is welcome.
